Daniel Rodgers was born and raised on the farmlands of Gettysburg and is a Vietnam Era Veteran. He is considered one of the top experts in Executive, Entrepreneur, Life Coaching and Corporate Education. He is often called the "Executives and Entrepreneurs Most Trusted Advisor." In the universe of business leadership, management, sales, and business development, he is known as the "Miracle Worker" who takes the ordinary and makes them extraordinary.
Dan is a very successful Entrepreneur, Innovation Expert, Executive and Life Coach, Mentor, and a gregarious, dynamic, and compelling speaker. Dan has twenty-five years of professional business service and development experience across a wide range of industries. His unique personality offers a vibrant blend of technical proficiency and leadership acumen. Over the past 20 years, his primary responsibilities have been as a senior executive of professional services, consultative services, interactive new media, and business development expert for the organizations of which he has been a part. Dan's career began in computer engineering, project management, training, and senior management where he designed, built and delivered systems and courses in the area of technology and applications.
Dan has held a number of national and regional senior management positions in several industries, where his professional acumen and professional training skills were essential. As a technical expert and an executive leader, Dan's vision and expertise were key to establish national professional services and training locations for Microsoft, Novell, and Oracle. During his career, he has personally authored and taught courseware on leadership, sales, management, customer service, team building, hypnosis, consulting, and project management.
Dan is often interviewed and quoted by television, radio, newspaper and trade magazines. He is a top choice keynote speaker at professional and industry seminars. A few favorite topics are Business Ethics, Leadership, and Significance in the Workplace. His up-to-date, insightful, witty and practical ideas around sales, business development, team building, business process, and technology challenges and invigorates audiences nationally.
Dan holds three Graduate Degrees in Music Industry Management, Business Administration, and Professional Counseling and is currently working on his PsyD in Professional Counseling. In addition he is a certified Hypnotherapist, Master Coach, and NLP Master Black Belt Trainer. He has won numerous awards to include most recently "Entrepreneur Advocate of the Year" and National Sales Awards in training. He has an Advanced Black Belt in Aikido and senior advance degrees in Pai Lum and Wah Lum Kung Fu and practices Chi Qong, and Tai Chi. In his spare time he writes, performs and teaches music and has had leading roles on stage in both musicals and plays.
He authors a newsletter called the "Journey to Excellence" that is read by over 5,000 across the world. Dan has lectured at the University of Delaware's Executive MBA on a three credit Course. He is the past president of the International Board of Microsoft Certified Partners, serves on the board of several firms and nonprofit groups. He is very active in numerous community, civic, and church programs.
Dan is a visionary Journey Leader, able to combine professional skills with life experience, along with his primary responsibilities as a husband of 27 years and father of three daughters.
